Acceptance of Terms
By using Pulpit Stream, you agree to use the app in accordance with these Terms of Use and any policies established by the church or ministry providing access to it.
Permitted Use
This app is provided for personal spiritual growth, sermon listening, note-taking, and related ministry use. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access content or accounts without authorization.
Accounts
Access may be limited to invited, approved, or otherwise authorized users connected to the ministry. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
Content
Sermons, media, notes, and other content available through the app are provided to support ministry and discipleship. Content remains subject to the rights of the church, speakers, or other applicable owners, and may not be reproduced or distributed except as permitted by the organization providing it.
Availability
The app may be updated, restricted, or discontinued at any time as part of normal ministry operations, maintenance, or stewardship decisions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, this app is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. The church, ministry, and related service providers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
